Delta Dore’s Smart IoT Platform aggregates products and services relating to the smart home and collective housing.

Boiler, Heat pump, electrical heating, underfloor heating …

Setpoint temperature (current or to be applied), actual temperature, thermic level, type of mode currently activated (e.g. frost protection), various faults (e.g. sensor, battery), open window detected
Consumption datapoints: total electricity consumed, electricity consumption for heating, cooling, hot water, plugs, total gas consumption, gas consumption for heating, hot and cold-water consumption
Sensors: atmospheric pressure, indoor and outdoor humidity level, light power and intensity, wind current and average speed, wind direction, water flow, rain and snow detection, air quality levels (per type of gas – depending on the sensor availability), boiler flow & return temperatures
Device Management Data: RF state, version, type of network, defaults, etc.

Open/close transition detection, shutter opening percentage, preferred settings, orientation of shutter slats, various defaults (e.g. impossible to open or close the awning, awning or shutter blocked by an obstacle, battery default on the remote control, overheating detected), intrusion detection

Lighting

On/off change detection (either because of an end-user action, or due to presence detection or dusk detection), applied or preferred light level percentage, various defaults (e.g. battery level of switches, impossible to trigger the light, overheating detected)

Alarms, sensors, locks & cameras

Alarm status, SOS alert, default (e.g. technical issue, battery, power failure, remote control defect, SIM card issue, video link issue), open door or window detected, external temperature, smoke and water leak alert
